Sapphires (not to be confused with the breed Sapphire Gem) are a cross between legbars and leghorns.
They will take the egg colour from the legbars and add to the laying frequency of the leghorns, to create a super frequent blue egg layer.
Our chicks will be a mix of first and second generation (F1 & F2), the F2's will have a deeper egg colour than the F1's.
These chicks are not sexed, so there is no guarantee on sex.
