We are located in the heart of Essex county, right outside the town of Cottam. Our address is 257 Road 10, Cottam. Please note, tours MUST be booked in advance, this is not a public farm. Come see a variety of animals, including baby emus, bunnies, goats, mini pigs, peacocks, ducks, geese, chickens, quail & partridge! Treats will be provided for you to feed the animals. Please keep in mind the big barn is off limits due to bio-security but we have outdoor setups of all our birds available for you to see, and the bunny barn is available to visit! We will have some chickens and ducks free ranging, so please do not chase them. We have only gentle roosters on site, so you do not need to be afraid of being attacked or chased by anything. Just be aware, our birds will follow you around if they realize you have treats! You can also visit our on-site store and go home with some fresh quail, chicken or duck eggs! We will have a couple educational setups about farm life, different eggs and chicks from the breeds we raise, and hedgehog encounters may be booked as well. We will have some treats available for you to give the animals at no charge! If you would like to bring anything additional, they love lettuce, apples, & cucumbers! Ducks especially love peas!
Your booked time is 1 hour, please try and keep within this time frame so we can accommodate as many people as possible! When you arrive, we will give you a guided tour, then you will be free to browse around for the remaining time. We will have a portable washroom available, as well as a couple sitting areas and picnic table for you to use. Hand sanitizer will be provided, please be sure to use it after interacting with our animals.
